This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Sacred Seer School, LLC ("Instructor") and the participant [Participant's Name] ("Participant") for the Sacred Seer School Mastermind program ("Program").

The Participant agrees to complete all payments for the Program in full by the agreed-upon date as outlined in the payment schedule provided by Sacred Seer School, LLC.

The Participant agrees to adhere to the highest ethical standards when working with clients, including but not limited to honesty, integrity, and respect for the beliefs and values of others. The Participant shall conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity of the psychic mediumship practice.

The Participant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by clients during sessions and discussions within the Program. Confidentiality extends to both clients and other members of the Program group. The Participant shall not disclose any personal or sensitive information without explicit consent.

The Participant agrees to conduct themselves with professionalism and non-judgemental attitudes towards clients and fellow participants. They shall approach all interactions with empathy, compassion, and understanding, refraining from any form of discrimination or prejudice.

The Participant acknowledges that Sacred Seer School, LLC is providing guidance and instruction solely within the scope of the Program. The Participant understands that any additional mentoring or guidance outside of the Program topics may be discussed on a case-by-case basis and may involve separate arrangements.

The Participant agrees not to solicit any students or clients within the Sacred Seer community for personal gain or promotion of their own services or products. They shall respect the boundaries and professional relationships established within the community.

The Participant agrees not to engage in vaping or drinking during Program sessions or any related activities. Such behavior may disrupt the learning environment and compromise the quality of interactions.

The Participant acknowledges that all development and progress within the Program are solely dependent on their efforts and commitment. The Participant takes sole responsibility for implementing the teachings, completing assignments, and achieving results. Sacred Seer School, LLC provides guidance and support, but ultimate responsibility for personal growth and development rests with the Participant.

The Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. By enrolling in the Program, the Participant voluntarily agrees to adhere to the guidelines set forth herein.

The Participant acknowledges that all payments made for the Program are non-refundable, regardless of participation or completion.

Sacred Seer School, LLC reserves the right to terminate the Participant's participation in the Program at any time, without refund, for violations of this Agreement or for behavior deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Program or the well-being of fellow participants.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Oregon.

YES. I agree to show up and put in the work to get the results I desire from the Sacred Seer program. 

YES. I agree to hold a sacred space of trust, confidentiality, and non-judgment for myself and other students in the Sacred Seer program.

YES. I agree to communicate with Carey if I encounter difficulties or need support in the Sacred Seer program.

YES. I agree to leave my EGO at the door and show up with an open mind, and a teachable attitude. 

YES. I agree to share my feelings and thoughts with those I disagree with in the program instead of speaking to others about them. 

YES. I agree to pay off the cost of the program in FULL before the end of my CONTRACT.

YES. I agree to share feedback with Carey for additions to improve the student experience in the Sacred Seer program.

YES. I agree to Sit in the Power/Meditate a minimum of 4 to 5 days per week, at least 30 minutes per day.

YES. I agree to fully commit to my Spiritual growth, and Transformation as will be necessary to open up and integrate my psychic and mediumistic abilities into my life. 

YES. agree to release my limiting thoughts, judgments, perceptions, and beliefs about myself to the best of my ability.

By filling out this form, the Participant acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
